Here we explain how our instruction staff are qualified, trained and motivated. Led by Matt Fiddes, 6th Degree black belt master in Tae Kwon Do and black belt in Kickboxing and Kung Fu, the instructors who will train you on the Ladies Only programme are highly qualified and have CRB criminal background checks carried out.
Matt, who was voted Martial Arts Illustrated’s Instructor of the Year in 2006, ensures that his instruction staff are the best in the business and that they are rigorously and regularly trained to keep them at the top.
The instructors who work with you on the Matt Fiddes Ladies Only programme will have to be working towards, or hold, the following qualifications, certificates and requirements.
- First Aid (Up to date)
- Health and Safety certification
- Child Protection Certification
- Level 1 Martial Arts Instruction Certification
- 1st Degree Black Belt
- Full Insurance Policy
- CRB Police Back Ground Check
- Attend Monthly Updates
- Member of Martial Arts Teachers Association
As well as these qualifications all instructors are required to come to monthly training updates with Master Fiddes or another high ranking Instructor. This training maintains their high standards and teaches them the latest techniques and tips. We ensure they are always working towards consistent improvement on their own Martial Arts and teaching skills.
All our Instructors are Martial Arts professionals and, they teach martial arts as their full time occupation. They are dedicated full-time to raising the quality of martial arts tuition throughout the country.
